WE ARE HERE TO HELP!
Warranties come from the manufacturer, not from Veloz Electric.
However, we will always do our best to manage the process for you and ensure a smooth experience.
WHAT IS COVERED
All manufacturing faults are covered.
Your item will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) if you are the first purchaser/user of the product and it has any of the following manufacturing or design faults under normal use:
- Motor faults
- Boards or Computer Control faults
- Battery faults
- Frame (2 years)
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Warranty will not apply in the following situations:
- When the warranty period has expired
- Failure to maintain or perform scheduled servicing (6 months free service)
- When the serial label is altered or removed
- When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered, or modified
- Wear-and-tear damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres, lights, consumables, or battery lifespan
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including (but not limited to) dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion, or poor storage
- Damage caused by water. Most of our items have some level of dust and moisture resistance, but they are not waterproof
- Damage caused by overloading or exceeding the designed maximum load
- Limited warranty of 3 months applies for commercial use
